联想记忆法
调整一下字母顺序就是：iPhone X下次要买手机的时候可以这样讲：爸妈，我要个凤凰-凤凰上哪买去？不给好吧，那我要个iPhone X先提出一个过分的要求，再提出一个比起第一个要求不算那么过分的要求，就更容易被同意。所以我想你爸妈就会很开心地给你买iPhone X的，而且还会觉得咱家孩子不要凤凰要手机是比较懂事的……(划掉)会骂死你才是真的。
词源记忆法
和单词drag一样，英语单词phoenix虽然被翻译为“凤凰”，但与东方传说中的“凤凰”还是有较大的差异。phoenix是阿拉伯神话传说中的一种神鸟，因为拥有紫色外观而得名，在阿拉伯语中，phoenix就是“紫色”的意思。腓尼基人（Phoenician）也是因为身穿紫色长袍而得名。这种神鸟每过500年就会飞往埃及，搭起一个火堆自焚，然后从灰烬中再生，所以它能长生不死。而中国的“凤凰”是百鸟之首，是一种瑞鸟，天下太平的象征，并没有浴火重生、长生不死的特点。严格说来，这两种鸟除了都是神话传说外，并没有多少共同点。
